Common issue with door lock, first try some oil or dw40 to the keyhole and play with fob, if no luck, time to replace or at least try to clean contacts (maybe you got lucky). There is a reason why the B&O system in the A6, A7, A8 and their S equivalents have better sounding B&O systems. First, they have mid, woofer, and subwoofer speakers in enclosures which means better sound quality. Ihave a 2011 A4 Premium (B8) with the Audi Concert system. I looked at the wiring when changing out the speaker and it seemed fine, did not test for continuity. If I understand you correctly, all four rear door speakers (mid range and tweeters) are on the same amp channel so if the tweeters are working it should not be an AMP problem.
